Govt launches nation-wide sexual harm helpline

Review:  Today the NZ Herald reported that a new 24/7 nation-wide helpline for sexual harm has opened. Unlike many helplines, it is for both survivors, concerned whānau and people who have harmed others or who may be thinking about harming others.

The most popular way to contact the helpline is by chat, followed by calls, texts, and emails. The service is being operated by Homecare Medical, which also operates the Government funded 1737 service.
