Sex therapist: Cellphones will lead to more loneliness

Review: Today the NZ Herald printed a syndicated article from the Telegraph Group reporting the warning of sex therapist, Dr Ruth Westheimer, that “social media is propelling millennials into a future of loneliness in which they will have difficulty forming lasting relationships.”

She is concerned that young people will be unable to find marriages that last.  She said: “I’m very concerned about loneliness. People are losing the art of conversation.  They’re constantly on their iphones.” She believes young people need to put their energy into forming relationships.
